Each June, in beautiful Falls Park of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, artists and their patrons gather for Artfalls - a weekend full of art, music, great food, and lots of fun! Now one of the Midwest's premiere art events, Artfalls Fine Arts Festival is working into celebrating it's 10th year. Artfalls has developed a well-earned reputation for catering to their exhibitors' and vendors' every need!

In 2008, the Artfalls Fine Arts Festival will be held on Saturday June 28, from 9-6 pm and on Sunday June 29, from 10-4 pm in majestic Falls Park, at the north end of historic downtown Sioux Falls.

Viewing areas, walkways, and picnic areas allow sightseers to enjoy the area's scenic beauty and survey some of Sioux Falls' earliest buildings. The Falls Park Visitor Information Center, featuring a five-story observation tower and elevator, provides information on many Sioux Falls and South Dakota attractions. The Horse Barn Arts Center features gallery shows and various other arts activities, and each evening (unless of inclement weather) from Memorial Day - Labor Day (May - Sept), Wells Fargo presents the Falls Park Sound & Light Show. The show starts about 9:30 pm, runs about 45 minutes in length and is FREE to the public.
